Meet Our Founder

Kayla Morris is the founder of K. Morris Consulting, where she partners with professionals and small businesses to build strong operational foundations, streamline processes, and support sustainable growth.

She brings a well-rounded background in finance, human resources, and systems operations. Kayla began her career in underwriting and small business lending, working with organizations such as Wells Fargo, KeyBank, Pacific Community Ventures, and Silicon Valley Bank. Through these roles, she developed strong expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and business strategy—gaining a deep understanding of what it takes for businesses to grow and remain financially sound.

Kayla later expanded into Human Resources, where she served as a contractor with Encompass HR, supporting clients as both an HR Coordinator and later as an HR Generalist. In this capacity, she managed key HR functions, supported the full employee lifecycle, and helped organizations build compliant, efficient people operations.

She currently works as a Systems Analyst at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where she supports complex programs, develops data-driven reporting solutions, and contributes to large-scale system implementations impacting global teams.

Through K. Morris Consulting, Kayla leverages her cross-functional experience to deliver practical, results-driven solutions. Her approach is rooted in clarity, organization, and execution—helping clients simplify operations, strengthen their infrastructure, and move forward with confidence.
